Fractional CFO (1–3 days per month)
- Hands-on support for rolling forecasts, cash visibility and board / management packs.
- Design a simple performance rhythm: forecast, monthly pack, key decisions and follow-up actions.
- Ideal if you're not ready for a full-time CFO but need more than compliance accounting.
FP&A and forecasting projects
- Time-boxed work to fix specific pain points - for example build a 12–24 month rolling forecast, redesign your P&L, or automate a manual budget / forecast process.
- Delivered using Numerroo's templates and tooling, customised to your business drivers.
- You keep the models, documentation and cadence once the project wraps up.
Full-time CFO roles
- For the right organisation, I'm open to stepping in as a full-time CFO.
- Numerroo becomes my internal lab - the forecasting tools and playbook move inside your finance function.
- My focus is fully on your business, with no competing client commitments.
